Your Questions, Answered

  • At this time, I only provide 1-1 coaching services as a coach within a non-profit organization that I work for. I am currently not taking on coaching clients externally at this time. But if you have any questions where you’d like to hear my thoughts regarding it, you’re welcome to email me a rachelsherriea@gmail.com. If you are looking for a coach, I’d recommend accessing the ICF website to review their list of certified coaches that abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.

  • God willing it will be by the end of this year of 2026! I’m very excited of what I have up my sleeve once that’s completed so stay tuned!

  • ACC stands for Associate Certified Coach. It’s a credential from the International Coaching Federation, which sets the global standard for professional coaching. To earn it, I had to complete an accredited training program, log verified coaching hours with real clients, and pass a coaching knowledge assessment. It's the coaching world's way of saying the work meets a recognized, ethical standard of practice, not just that someone took an interest in helping people.

  • CPTD stands for Certified Professional in Talent Development. It’s awarded by the Association for Talent Development. It's the highest-level credential in the talent development profession and covers the full spectrum of how people learn, grow, and perform at work, from coaching and facilitation to learning design and organizational development. It requires years of hands-on experience and a comprehensive exam. In short: it's the credential behind the 14 years of work that eventually led me here, to this space, doing this with you.
